Corporate sales trainer in SMART STAFF, TOV

Our client is one of the leaders of premium retail of appliances and smart gadgets in Ukraine. Actively growing and expanding the team, they are currently actively looking for a Corporate Sales Trainer(Retail) who will help increase staff expertise and service standards throughout the network.

Main tasks:

• Conducting the full cycle of sales training: adaptation of newcomers, internships, professional development.
• Development and conducting of trainings (hard/soft skills), online and offline.
• Creating training materials and presentations using AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva Magic etc.).
• Field support and regular trips to monitor service standards.
• Conducting store audits and staff certification.
• Analysis of training results and impact on sales KPIs.
• Interaction with store managers on team development.

Requirements to the candidate:

• City of residence: Lviv.
• Work experience:
  • from 1 year in the field of active sales (preferably in retail);
  • from 2 years in management trainings.
• Confident command of a PC and practical experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva Magic).
• Ability to create presentations; preferably, experience with LMS.
• Charisma, energy, sociability, ability to motivate.
• Readiness for business trips to Ukraine.
• Excellent Ukrainian language.
