We are currently looking for a  Corporate Lawyer to join our team.

We expect:

• minimum 4 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer in IT company;
• experience in international commercial and corporate law;
• experience in drafting contracts and other legal documents (PSA, MSA, NDA, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Lease Agreement) (experience with foreign jurisdictions is welcome);
• English language proficiency at B1/B1+ level;
• excellent command of MS Office products.

Responsibilities:

• assessing legal risks when concluding contracts with clients and counterparties, coordinating, and participating in negotiations;
• providing legal consultations on commercial law, corporate law, intellectual property, data protection, and other areas relevant to the company’s activities;
• developing, amending, and analyzing contract templates with clients, suppliers, and employees (PSA, NDA, lease agreements, and others);
• resolving disputes: debt collection, breach of contract terms by clients, contractors, employees, and others;
• developing and updating Terms of Use and Privacy Notice;
• developing and updating corporate documents (Charters, Powers of Attorney, Minutes) considering changes in legislation and corporate policies;
• participating in other projects.
