SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Corporate HR Business Partner Manager will apply their HR knowledge to provide strategic business partner support to our corporate teams which include Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Wholesale, ECommerce, Finance and IT. The Corporate HR Business Partner will specifically focus on performance management, employee relations, org design, talent acquisition, compliance, and employee engagement. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide day-to-day HR guidance to management (i.e., coaching, counseling, career development, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding)Model Lacoste’s values and foster employee engagement and collaboration through demonstrating an effective and approachable leadership presence, creating internal communications and coordinating engagement activities (employee survey, town halls, celebrations and volunteer activities).Maintain and refresh HR policies and procedures and assist managers and employees with policy inquiries or interpretations.Provide guidance and input on talent strategy including organizational design, performance management, succession planning, and compensation.Responsible for full recruitment cycle for corporate roles, partnering with teams to create/ update job descriptions, lead the recruitment process by recommending sourcing strategy, reviewing resumes, managing the interview process, facilitating the offer and onboarding processes.Investigate and provide practical solutions to resolve employee concerns/complaints. Manage disciplinary actions as needed.Oversee compliance including proper onboarding and offboarding paperwork, ensuring required training is delivered and completed.Stay current on legal requirements and mitigate legal risk. Partner with outside counsel as needed.Manage visa application processes and partner with outsidecounsel as needed. Identify key trends and stay current on industry news and market updates.Define, monitor and measure KPIs (turnover, recruitment KPIs) REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: At least 3 years’ work experience as a HR business partner; Retail or similar industry experience preferredBS/BA in HR, business, or relevant fieldExperience working with visas and international assignments is strongly preferredWorking knowledge of federal, state and local employment lawsStrong communications skills (verbal and written)Demonstrate a global perspectiveUtilize various technology including but not limited to MS Office, ADP, our Application Tracking System.Hybrid role in the office 3 days/week15% travel Core Values and Traits: Play as One Team: Showing respect towards everyone Commitment for the team’s work and decisions Play with Elegance: Striving for excellence Treating others with fair play and humility Play by Daring: Having the courage to speak up, experiment and take initiative To explore new opportunities Play with Tenacity: Constantly seek continuous improvement Learning from our failures * This job description is not intended to be exhaustive.
