Corporate Finance Specialist (Prague) in Ekassa

We are an international fintech company providing technology and marketing solutions for the financial sector.

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Corporate Finance Specialist (Prague).
 

Responsibilities:

• Opening accounts in banks and financial institutions for the needs of the company.
• Preparing all necessary documents for opening accounts in banks.
• Conducting business correspondence and holding meetings with banks and financial institutions on account opening issues.
• Coordinating the account opening process, interacting with the company's internal departments.
• Ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements when opening accounts.
• Maintaining and developing business relationships with representatives of banks and financial institutions.
   

Requirements:

• Experience in banking, finance or legal support.
• Knowledge of the requirements and procedures for opening bank accounts.
• Ability to prepare and check documentation.
• Experience in business correspondence and negotiations.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of English and Czech.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian/Russian is an advantage for candidates
