Main responsibilities:
- Providing a daily high level of customer support for their requests for Citibank products in Ukraine (telephone, correspondence)
- Timely registration and execution of all client requests in the relevant systems according to the existing policies and procedures of the bank
- Informing clients about changes in the current rules or procedures of the bank caused by legislative changes
- Timely resolution of issues/problems in customer service in order to improve the level of service
- Negotiations with customers and partners that will meet professional ethics and satisfy their needs as much as possible.
Requirements:

Experience in banking, service and communication with clients will be an advantageConfident PC user
