Corporate customer service manager ( 1 ) in PrivatBank

What needs to be done:

• Sells the entire range of banking products and services to corporate clients, taking into account the requirements for the quality of service according to the established KPIs: consulting, cross-selling, providing services in accordance to their needs.
• Finds and attracts new customers for service to increase the customer base.
• Organizes meetings with potential and existing clients of SMEs, travels to the client's place of business for the purpose of presentation and further sales of the Bank's services and products in compliance with relevant standards.
• Analyzes the client's financial situation regarding the possibility of lending.
• Is engaged in the design of the Bank's products and services for corporate clients.
• Uses dashboards and statistical web pages to obtain the necessary analytical information about the performance of a business or an individual client.
• Establishes, develops and maintains long-term business relations with corporate clients of the Bank.
• If necessary, he is involved in the training of newcomers.
• Fulfills the requirements for financial monitoring, risk management, combating the legalization (laundering) of proceeds obtained through crime, the financing of terrorism and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, etc.

Necessary knowledge, experience and personal qualities:

• Higher education in the specialty "Economics", "Management", "Law", "Finance , banking and insurance" or corresponding. 
• Experience in active sales.
• Active sales and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the bank's products, services and services in terms of sales, service and lending to corporate clients.
• Understanding the specifics of the market, work and terms of service and lending to corporate clients. 
• Economic literacy, commercial thinking and the ability to analyze indicators of the financial condition of companies.
• Competences: result orientation, teamwork, customer focus, negotiation, effective communication, building contacts.
• Confident user of PC (tablet), MS Office, PowerPoint, Google services (sheets, documents, mail, calendar, etc.).
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business).

An additional advantage will be:

• Experience in the banking system, including involving corporate clients
• Experience in conducting successful negotiations at the level of business owners or decision-makers
• Experience in establishing long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with clients
• Knowledge of legislation and regulatory - legal acts in the field of banking, including bank's work with clients
