Job SummaryWill be integrated in a large project team, under the leadership of one senior Project Director and will handle one of the sub projects related to Core Network solution implementation. He/She is responsible to coordinate all Technical topics end-to-end in the Project as defined in Customer contract in terms of quality, risk, and time from delivery approach preparation through deployment, Customer acceptance and Technical Support phase.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivers Core HLDs and LLDsDefines the end-to-end solution delivery plan, including E2E integration, and acceptance strategy.Implements the project execution structureManages all the Technical management activities defined in Customer contract,Oversees building or tuning local technical staff,Identifies and plans project deliverables and takes care of scope, schedule and qualityApplies solid change management principles to stay within the contractual boundaries.Handles requirement and backlogCollects relevant delivery feedback and lessons learnt.Acts as Technical escalation point within the Customer projectEnsures operational continuity and smooth executionValidates the workload involved and expertise needed related to technical tasks.Leads technical activities during deployment and technical support phase, for instance Core Network Implementation, System Acceptance, Multi-Vendor Interface Verification, Fault and Technical Escalation Management, Preventive Support and HW/SW update and upgrade.Identifies new technical management related opportunities to expand contracts with the customer (e.g. network expansion, new features, software corrections implementations).Execute Testing for TrialsWhen applicable supports Solution Managers to review adopted solutions and assumptionsKey Qualifications & SkillsDegree in computer science/telecommunications or related technical disciplinesFluency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken).PMP certification beneficialProven experience in projects in Core Network domainIn-depth understanding as well as hands-on exp. on PS/CS-Core network architecture, signaling flows, data flows, interfaces, protocols.Strong knowledge of 4G/5G architecture and Cloud InfrastructureAbility to quickly understand critical technical topics and issuesAbility to predict and understand the technical risksWillingness to share knowledgeNetworking / collaborative teamwork skills to work in a multicultural teamReliable working results even under high workload, stress toleranceHighly self-motivatedGood presentation and negotiation skillAbility to build intimacy with the customerExcellent communication and inter-personal skills.Result-oriented, non-rigid, flexible, committed approach towards work and leader-ship skills.----------------------------------------------------------------------Core ProjectменеджерЯк Core Project менеджер ви відіграватимете ключову роль у нашій команді, працюючи з передовими мережевими рішеннями ZTE Core. Key Responsibilities: Provide Sore HLDs and LLDs. project delivery framework.Manage all technical management activities defined in the customer contract.Oversee the creation or configuration of local technical staff.Define and plan project deliverables and oversee scope, schedule, and quality.Apply sound change management principles to stay within the scope of the contract .Manage requirements and backlogs.Collect relevant implementation feedback and analyze lessons learned.Act as a technical escalation point within the Customer project.Ensure continuity of work and smooth execution.Verify the workload involved and required expertise related to technical tasks.Lead the technical deployment and technical support activities such as core network implementation, system acceptance, multi-vendor interface testing, fault management and technical escalation, preventive support and hardware and software upgrades. Identify new technical management opportunities for expansion contracts with the customer (for example, network expansion, new features, implementation of software patches). Key qualifications and skills: Education in the field of computer science/telecommunications or related technical disciplines. Fluency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken). Advantage: having PMR certifications. Proven experience in CoreNetwork projects. Deep understanding as well as hands-on experience. about PS/CS-Core network architecture, signaling flows, data flows, interfaces, protocols. Deep knowledge of 4G/5G architecture and cloud infrastructure. Ability to quickly grasp important technical topics and issues. Ability to anticipate and understand technical risks.
