Our client — a leading food producing company with operations in Ukraine, Poland fnd Denmark, is seeking a competent professional to fill a newly created position ofCore IT Operations ManagerAbout the roleAs a Core IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 4 CORE IT and service desk employees, as well as overseeing some outsourced services.You will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Company IT infrastructure, including Microsoft suite of cloud services, SDWAN, ITIL, and CyberSecurity.You will also be involved in developmental tasks in terms of infrastructure expansion projects, and you will collaborate with partners and vendors to deliver the best solutions for our business needs.Responsibilities:Daily team management, coaching and development of IT staff.Implementation and development of ITIL processes such as change management, problem management and release management.Daily prioritization of tickets and tasks, and allocation of resources and workload.Overseeing service desk performance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and service level agreements.Informing and communicating with end users (about 700) on IT related matters, such as incidents, changes, updates, etc.Collaborating with partners and vendors, and managing contracts and service level agreements.Planning and executing infrastructure expansion projects, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.Monitoring and reporting on IT operations metrics, such as availability, reliability, security, etc.Ensuring compliance with IT policies, standards and best practices.Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in IT operations managementProven leadership and team management skills, and ability to motivate and inspire others.Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft suite of cloud services, SDWAN, ITIL, and CyberSecurity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders and customers.Fluent in English, Ukrainian and/or Polish.Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.Willing to travel occasionally to different locations within Ukraine, Poland and Denmark.Ability to work remotely or from one of our offices in Ukraine.About the CompanyA leading food producing company with operations in Ukraine, Poland and Denmark. Monitoring and reporting on IT metrics such as: availability of IT services, reliability and security, etc. Ensuring compliance of IT operations with policies, standards and best practices. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. Proven leadership and team management skills, the ability to motivate and inspire employees. Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft cloud services package, SDWAN, ITIL, CyberSecurity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with different groups of managers and users. Fluent in English, Ukrainian and/or Polish. Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Willingness to travel from time to time to different locations of the company in Ukraine, Poland and Denmark. Ability to work remotely or from one of the company's offices in Ukraine.
