Our client— aleading food producing company with operations inUkraine, Poland fnd Denmark, isseeking acompetent professional tofill anewly created position ofCore ITOperations ManagerAbout the roleAsaCore ITOperations Manager, you will beresponsible for leading and managing ateam of4CORE ITand service desk employees, aswell asoverseeing some outsourced services.You will ensure the smooth and efficient operation ofthe Company ITinfrastructure, including Microsoft suite ofcloud services, SDWAN, ITIL, and CyberSecurity.You will also beinvolved indevelopmental tasks interms ofinfrastructure expansion projects, and you will collaborate with partners and vendors todeliver the best solutions for our business needs.Responsibilities:Daily team management, coaching and development ofIT staff.Implementation and development ofITIL processes such aschange management, problem management and release management.Daily prioritization oftickets and tasks, and allocation ofresources and workload.Overseeing service desk performance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and service level agreements.Informing and communicating with end users (about 700) onIT related matters, such asincidents, changes, updates, etc.Collaborating with partners and vendors, and managing contracts and service level agreements.Planning and executing infrastructure expansion projects, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.Monitoring and reporting onIT operations metrics, such asavailability, reliability, security, etc.Ensuring compliance withIT policies, standards and best practices.Requirements:Atleast 5years ofexperience inIT operations managementProven leadership and team management skills, and ability tomotivate and inspire others.Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft suite ofcloud services, SDWAN, ITIL, and CyberSecurity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability towork with diverse stakeholders and customers.Fluent inEnglish, Ukrainian and/or Polish.Flexible and adaptable tochanging business needs and priorities.Willing totravel occasionally todifferent locations within Ukraine, Poland and Denmark.Ability towork remotely orfrom one ofour offices inUkraine.About the CompanyAleading food producing company with operations inUkraine, Poland and Denmark.
