We are currently looking for a UX Writer for our partner company TENTENS Tech.

TENTENS Tech develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The team has experience in successfully launching highload platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always run far beyond the horizon.

About the team:

You will join a team of product-driven designers and UX writers, each of whom is not afraid of challenges, strives for ambitious goals and truly loves what what does he do Here you will be able to influence the product: create texts that improve the user experience, do a lot of testing, making them even more effective, and thanks to UX research - look for and find new points of influence.

We believe that a good text - concise, clear and user-friendly - is a manifestation of caring for the user. We are looking for a UX writer who shares this idea.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Have 2+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Copywriter, Technical Writer or Content Designer.
• Fluent in English at the Advanced (C1) level, because you will write all the texts with it.
• You work in Figma.
• You know how to write microcopy: succinctly and simply - so that it is clear at first glance.
• You understand the context of the user and adapt the texts to different scenarios of interaction with the product.
• You look more broadly beyond the boundaries of a single task and take care of the consistency of the texts in everything products.
• You have analytical thinking, formulate hypotheses and know how to evaluate their effectiveness.
• You are able to justify your decisions - without "this is how others do it" or "this is how I like it".

What you will do:

• Impact the user experience through accurate and relevant UI texts: microkops, notifications, onboarding, navigation prompts, etc.
• Design user flow in tandem with the designer.
• Participate in UX research and testing.
• Interact with UX/UI designers, UX researchers, analysts and product managers.
• Form and develop the tone of voice of the product.
