DILA Medical Laboratory invites a Copywriter to the customer experience team. 

The goal of the position: prove a clear, human and understandable voice of the brand in the digital experience of customers: from the site to the application. To make medical terminology closer, interface – friendly, and communication – transparent and caring.

Key tasks of the position:

• Writing and editing texts for the site taking into account tone of voice, SEO requirements and keywords. 
• Adaptation and simplification of medical texts and terminology to a language understandable to the client.

• Managing the text preparation process: collecting requirements, agreeing with medical experts, submitting for publication.

Our wishes for knowledge and experience:

• Higher education (philology, journalism).
• Work experience from 1 year. Experience in the health care or medical field will be an advantage.
• Practical experience in creating texts for web or mobile interfaces.
• Experience with digital products: sites, applications, user accounts, feedback form, instructions.
• Ability to structure information, translate "complex language" (medicine, legal language) into "ordinary human". 
• Ability to work with texts of various volumes - from creating apt button names to rewriting research descriptions and SEO copywriting.
