We invite to our friendly team a copywriter, a person who knows how to understand the essence of a complex insurance product and explain complex things about insurance simply.
What you need to:
· create texts for your own communication channels: website, mobile application, Viber, email, presentation materials;
· adapt texts for different audiences and formats;
· prepare texts for advertising materials;
· work with product, methodological and internal materials and transform complex content into understandable language for the client;
· write texts that are both simple, precise and correspond to the ToV of the brand;
· interact with the SMM team: coordinate the texts for social networks according to the ToV and the unified brand style;
· collaborate with the product team and other stakeholders.
It is important for us that the candidate:
had experience with complex financial topics;
· was able to adapt the content for different formats — from short messages to full pages or presentations.
What is critically important to us:
· flawless literacy and fluency in the Ukrainian language;
· attention to details, structural thinking;
· ability to work with edits and several stakeholders;
· 3 years of experience as a copywriter/content writer.
Will advantage:
· experience in insurance, finance or banking;
· basic knowledge or experience in UX-writing;
· experience in adapting legal, technical or product texts into a language understandable for the client.
Examples of tasks:
· preparation of the text for the website page based on the methodological description of the product;
· creating a series of messages for Viber, SMS and email;
· writing texts for commercial offers and presentations (B2C / B2B);
· preparation of internal communications for company employees.
