Send a private message to the job posting on behalf of Kelly Mary Weir Mary Weir Recruiter III Kelly Services is actively seeking a remote Digital Copy Approval Associate for a long term (1+ year) engagement.Pay rate: $31/hour + benefits (medical, dental, 401K, PTO, etc.)Responsibilities:The Digital Copy Approval Specialist will be responsible for the management of updates and changes to digital assets, including but not limited to websites mobile applications.This position will also support the copy approval process for the review approval of advertising and promotional collateral generated by various stakeholders across the organization.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Project Management Enables the review and approval of both digital non-digital promotional materials through internal copy approval process.Tracks progress of all assigned projects through internal copy approval workflow systemEnsures timely and accurate asset uploading into internal digital asset management tool.Will be responsible to manage multiple projects, both digital non-digital, simultaneously across several stakeholder groups.Leads discussions with internal stakeholders as well as external partners to ensure timely execution of projects.Manage expiring collateral utilized on websites to ensure compliance with internal processes proceduresCreate project briefs and project plans with expectation of efficient and effective execution.Will communicate updates to internal partners as well external suppliers when needed.Customer Focus Must foster on-going partnership with cross-functional stakeholders Digital Marketing, Global Strategic Marketing, US Marketing, Professional Education, Sales Learning, HEMA, HCC and IT in order to achieve business objectives. Partner with Copy Approval team and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of the Copy Approval Process.Will be an expert in the Asset Management Platform AMP, our digital asset management system in order to provide guidance support to our internal external customers.
