Our ideal candidate cultivates a great team spirit, coordinates and organizes tasks, and motivates team members to achieve ambitious goals.Responsibilities:Coordinate Software development processesDistribute tasks in teams, facilitate interaction between departments, coordinate communication between teams, and participate in meetingsPrioritize tasks/requests, and determine deadlinesRefine and maintain the existing information in task tables Motivate the team and maintain a healthy emotional atmosphereManage and distribute the workload among team membersIdentify and resolve issues quicklyPerform onboarding & setup for new team membersCommunicate with users on technical issuesWrite task descriptions & bug reports.Create mockups for features & processes via Moqups & Figma.Identify potential problems, and initiate discussions to brainstorm the optimal solution.Write manuals and technical descriptions for users.Requirements:Confident PC user with knowledge of Excel and Google Drive/Sheets 2 years of work experience in a similar positionAbility to multitask, combined with a proactive and initiative-taking attitudeStrong interpersonal and organizational communication skillsExperience with the Agile processTechnical training and knowledge of Jira, Moqups, and Figma.Understanding of SDLCAn upper-intermediate English We offer:Unique experiences and non-standard tasksAn opportunity to explore a new profession Paid vacation and sick leave, as well as short Fridays in the summerThe opportunity to improve your English with native speakersWe offer a competitive salary tailored to the candidate's experience and skills.
