Duties:

• collection and updating of information on project teams ;
• maintenance of the register of consultations;
• maintenance and systematization of relevant information by teams;
• keeping records of unused vacations, as well as developing forecasts regarding employee vacations;

• creating and providing reports in the established format;
• performing additional tasks at the request of management or project teams.

Requirements:< /p>

• higher/unfinished higher education (we consider students from the 3rd year);
• knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) at the level of an experienced user;
• li>
• English language at Intermediate level and above;
• ability to work in a team.
