Project coordinator in Zv'yazok, GO

The NGO is looking for a qualified, motivated coordinator to lead and strengthen the role of hubs in the field of development of public organizations and increase the productivity of partner organizations in the field of program implementation and advocacy. The project coordinator will support and involve the team of Hubs for implementation plans, will develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations and stakeholders. Carry out tactical planning and project management, including supervision of project staff, project administration. Provide descriptive project reports and appendices to the financial report, other reports as required. Responsible for quality , effective use of resources, timeliness of the measures provided for by the project. Cooperate and involve experts in conducting consultations on the organizational development of partner organizations and conducting organization performance assessment (OPI). Regularly provide reports on the progress of project implementation and take part in remote meetings. Represent the interests of the project in relations with authorities and other interested organizations. Candidate requirements: Bachelor's degree related to personnel management, business. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field of business/consulting. Project management experience from the 1st year (experience in international organizations will be an advantage); Deep understanding of the trends of the employment market of Ukraine. Experience in public speaking, conducting presentations and conducting negotiations. Excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office, as well as social networks, remote forms of communication.
