About the organization:
Jesuit Refugee Service Ukraine (Jesuit Refugee Service in Ukraine) is part of the JRS international community that works with people forced to leave their homes due to war and persecution.Our work is based on accompanying people in difficult life circumstances, respect for the dignity of each person and long-term presence, not on one-time interventions. We work with IDPs and host communities through psychosocial support, education, humanitarian and legal assistance, in close team interaction.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for proactive and an experienced person who will become an expert and leader in working with IDP communities and host communities. We expect that the coordinator of the direction will offer her own ideas, systematize processes and organize comprehensive work on the ground.

duties
Organization and coordination of activities
coordination of recreational and integration activities for IDPs and host communities;
organization of round tables, educational events and initiatives to raise awareness of the issue;
organizing and supporting the work of initiatives on the ground, supporting the work of implementing partners.
Interaction with communities and partners
establishing long-term relations with IDP communities and host communities;
representing the interests of JRS Ukraine before authorities, local self-government and partners;
participation in meetings, forums and other platforms to strengthen cooperation.
Beneficiary Support
providing informational and organizational support;
social support of shelter residents, support in integration;
identification of needs, coordination of humanitarian assistance.
Administrative work and reporting
keeping records of beneficiaries and activities;
preparation of reports, monitoring of implementation of measures;
systematization of team work processes in the direction of psychosocial support.
Direction development
offering new ideas and approaches to improve work with communities and IDPs;
testing and implementation of innovative methods of interaction and support.
Requirements
Work experience in non-profit organizations for at least 2 years;
Experience of working in the social sphere, with IDPs or communities;
High level of independence, initiative and leadership skills;
Experience in coordinating teams, volunteers, partner organizations;
Skills of planning and reporting, process systematization;
Excellent communication skills and experience of working with communities, local authorities;
Flexibility, willingness to travel and work in the field.
