We are announcing a competition for the position of coordinator/coordinator for the work of mobile rehabilitation teams< /strong> .

Job description:

• Regular coordination of the work of mobile rehabilitation teams in the region with the support of representatives of the Ukrainian of the Red Cross and partners in the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement
• Participation in the development of new and adaptation (modernization) of existing algorithms/instructions/recommendations/SOPs for regional employees, volunteers in the part of organizing the provision of rehabilitation services, joint development of methodology and protocols with representatives of CH and PE
• Organization of all necessary processes for the smooth operation of FT and AFT, volunteers at the regional level.
• Processing of incoming applications for receiving services from mobile rehabilitation teams, forming a letter expectations, planning of schedules, routes and coordination of activities.
• Control over the implementation of rehabilitation activities in communities, their compliance with international standards and recommendations from the NC of the ChKHU.
• Regular monitoring of the work of mobile rehabilitation teams and keeping appropriate reports to ensure the control of work efficiency, coordination with the work of other areas of activity of the TCHU in the region.
• Accounting and control of replenishment of auxiliary rehabilitation equipment in the region.
• Execution of work targets, control of their compliance in the region, providing and forming reports.
• Readiness for regular monitoring visits together with representatives of the NC TCHU to the region in order to assess the effectiveness of the project.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (bachelor's degree and above) in the field of ohealth care, public health , management.
• Personal experience of working as a coordinator will be an advantage.
• Fluent command of Ukrainian and sufficient level of English language proficiency (B2).
• Experience in the implementation, coordination and management of humanitarian projects
• Understanding all stages of the project cycle.
• Understanding the basics of planning, monitoring and reporting in projects.  
• Experience of communication with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy.  
• Ability to learn quickly, attentiveness, analytical skills.  
• Ability to work independently and in a team, quick adaptation, initiative.
• Developed organizational, executive and communication skills, as well as stress management skills.  
• Adherence to the fundamental principles of the Red Cross. 
• Excellent skills in working with the Microsoft 365 package (Excel. Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint)
