Charitable organization "Stabilization Support Services Charitable Foundation" (BO "BF "SSS") announces an open competition for the position of coordinator of the regional social hub in the Mykolaiv region.

Since 2015, the charitable organization "Stabilization Support Services Charitable Foundation" has been engaged in supporting and helping people , victims of the war in Ukraine, as well as the development of institutions of social assistance and protection of human rights in our country. , as well as at the national level - with the involvement of our national experts. Our main direction is work with internally displaced persons, as well as with vulnerable categories of the population. Working at BO "BF SSS" is an opportunity to help hundreds of thousands of people who now need support. Our organization is constantly growing and adding new projects to our wide portfolio, both at the national and local level, which we implement in partnership with international organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the social hub in Mykolaiv;
• Participation in the organization and implementation of project activities; 
• Interaction with project beneficiaries;
• Interaction with representatives of local authorities; 
• Assistance in preparing the necessary reporting; 
• Organization of the work of the involved specialists at the location of the social hub; 
• Maintenance of internal accounting of goods and material values; 
• Keeping documents in Google applications.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a relevant position ;
• Previous public activity; 
• Understanding the local context of internal displacement; 
• Experience of cooperation with local and regional authorities; 
• Confident use of PC and mobile devices; 
• A confident user of Microsoft Office and G-Suite; 
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Strong communication skills;
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

The resume must be sent with the specified level of remuneration.

The competition will take place in three stages: the first - evaluation resume, the second stage - interviews with candidates invited based on the results of the first stage, the third stage - providing recommendations.
