MAIN TASKS

• Coordination and control of work of project executors
• Control of technical inspection procedures , diagnostics and examination of the condition of damaged buildings and structures
• Checking the completeness and quality of project documentation for repair works developed by the contractor
• Conducting examination of project documentation in accordance with the current legislation, construction regulations and standards
• Control of terms and quality of construction and installation works, their compliance with approved design and estimate documentation, construction regulations and rules, technical conditions
• Control of the use of construction materials

• Compilation of expert opinions, reports and other accompanying documentation of the established model.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education
• Experience in managing/coordinating projects will be an advantage
• Upper intermediate English
• High level of orientation in the field ( villages, towns)
• Knowledge of the local environment and problems of the local population
• Knowledge of specialized programs
• A confident PC user
