The coordinator of the Professional Development Center plays an important role in the coordination and development of the team in the performance of various tasks related to training and development of the business community. This position involves the organization, coordination, and implementation of training programs and initiatives. The coordinator works closely with team members to ensure the smooth execution of training programs, support learning management systems and facilitate a positive learning experience for employees of the Association's member companies. Duties: Negotiating with potential speakers/trainers and discussing with them in detail the target audience , content and announcement of the educational event Communication with speakers/trainers in order to clarify the content, notification of the list of registrants, discussion of organizational aspects of the event, testing the presentation before the performance, etc. and in social networks Development of a content plan, work with graphic editors; creation of visual layouts in Canva.comInitiating the creation of new programs based on observations of current trends and preferences of participantsSearching for new tools for engaging participants in the educational activities of the Professional Development CenterCreating and expanding the base of trainers with whom cooperation has been established for planning future activitiesMeetings with new employees of the Association in order to present the activities of the Center of Professional DevelopmentMeetings with potential member companies within the framework of meetings of the membership and partnership department in order to demonstrate the activity and activities of the Professional Development Center. Ensuring the effective use of resources and responsible project management. Monitoring and evaluating the results of educational programs for the purpose of continuous improvement.
