BF "Right to Protection" (the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), people in need of international protection, stateless persons and groups under the risk of statelessness. The Fund is an executive partner of UNHCR and implements programs of free legal aid throughout Ukraine, as well as promotes changes in national legislation in accordance with international standards in the field of human rights. PULSEis funded by FCDO and aims to protect and support civilians affected by the conflict in Ukraine. The project is implemented by a consortium of Ukrainian and international organizations, where each organization brings its expertise and works in a specific field. It aims to protect and support IDPs and other vulnerable groups through emergency assistance (evacuations, temporary accommodation, financial support), ensuring access to basic services (legal aid, documentation, social transport), as well as national advocacy for reforms in the areas of protection, compensation and social policy. Special attention is paid to children, people with disabilities, the elderly, veterans, victims of domestic violence and other vulnerable categories.

In the period from September 2025 to March 2028, the Fund will implement measures to monitor protection, provide legal assistance, strengthening access to basic services and building resilience of communities in the regions of Ukraine: Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions. with a high level of security risks (in particular, Sumy, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Kherson regions). BF "Right to Protection" organizes working conditions taking into account the security context and provides measures to reduce risks and protect the team.

OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSELAZINESS:

Safe Spaces Mentoring Program Coordination:

  • Analysis needssafe spaces (BPZD) for planning a mentoring program. 

  • style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

    Formation of TORs, participation in interviews and onboarding 5 mentors from different fields (communications, fundraising, IT, work with BPZD, etc.).

  • Coordinatingindividual work plansmonitoring of hours and tasks (individual/group consultations, workshops).

  • Participation in the development and implementation of thementoring program: preparation of informational materials, visual content about the spaces.

  • Collection of feedback from mentors and spaces.
  • text-decoration: none">Preparation of monthly reports: achievements, challenges and recommendations. style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Participation instrategicplanning of the development of the BPZD network. Ensuring compliance with the principles of security, confidentiality and ethical interaction in all program components.

  • Providing expert support to specialists of safe spaces for women and girls. Participation in the development and improvement of standard operating procedures for the management of cases of GZN in secure spaces.  style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Participation in events and activities related to the topic of gender-based violence within the project. 

  • Understanding and ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and other policies of the Foundation. 400; font-style: none> If necessary, perform other duties. 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Education level: Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, pedagogy, or related fields.  

  • none">Experience in working with safe spaces for women and girls (BPZH) is desirable. text-decoration: none">Experience of practical roboticsand with those affected by GZN for at least 2 years.  none">

    Experience in coaching activities on the subject of GZN will be an advantage. 

  • Existing experience of cooperation with non-profit organizations, organizations providing humanitarian and/or social services will be an advantage. 

  • Proficiency in the Ukrainian language. 

  • Google tools, the ability to organize online and offline tasks, using graphic editors.
