Ukrainian charitable foundation "Voices of Children" invites cooperation with Education Hub Coordinator.

Voices of Children Charitable Foundation is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in Eastern Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voices to be heard, to support their resilience in the face of war. The foundation realizes its mission and aims to become effective , a stable and recognizable institution in the field of child support.

Main responsibilities:< /b>

• organization and ensuring the operation of the Hub;
• planning, organization and control of activities and events in Habi;
• interaction with Project beneficiaries (children, parents, guardians, teachers);
• establishment and support of systematic and effective work with school principals and teachers;
• interaction with local government institutions;
• assistance in the preparation of internal and external interim and final reports, etc.;
• distribution and implementation of the educational strategy determined by the Expert on Education in Emergency Situations;< /li>
• monitoring the quality of educational programs for students and teachers and ensuring their compliance with state and international standards;
• gathering and analyzing feedback from participants of programs and activities for further improvements;
• participation in internal and external meetings related to the implementation of the Project.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education: pedagogy, educational sciences or related fields
• work experience in the educational field, both formal and voluntary
• motivation and desire to develop educational sphere through local changes on the ground
• high managerial and organizational abilities
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with various stakeholders
• deep understanding of the educational context in the city. Irpin and Kyiv region
• ability to work effectively in a team and meet established deadlines
• high presentation skills and project management experience, both with local and foreign partners
• fluent level of English and Ukrainian languages ​​(both spoken and written)
