The Right to Protection, CF
BF "Right to Defense" (hereinafter - the Fund) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Fund has been providing multifactorial assistance throughout the territory of Ukraine, including: legal, psychological, financial, material, social, advocacy, institutional, monitoring forms of assistance and disaster risk reduction activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
< ul>Development and systematization of the fight against and prevention of sexual harassment in the BF "Pravo na Khyst";
Increase and development of organizational expertise in the issues of public sector organizations, which will take a leading position in the system of NGOs of Ukraine;
Development and implementation of a plan to increase employees' awareness of the specifics of working with persons affected by domestic violence, including work with sensitive information;
Identification of gaps in the implementation of activities of projects related to the subject of the GHZ and work with the solution of the identified issues to optimize the program;
Development of policies, regulations and standard operating procedures for successful implementation of activities;
Ensuring effective teamwork and cooperation between team members, programs, projects that have a GZN component;
Creating an internal map of organizations that take care of issues of public health;
Building partnerships with stakeholders by representing the organization and participating in relevant events;
Implementation of the case referral system, taking into account the specifics of working with sensitive information;
Evaluation of the effectiveness of the work of partners and the implementation of on-site mentoring to assess the needs of the community.
Development/participation in the development/adaptation of training curricula, information sessions, information materials;
Participation in the development of concepts of activities in the field of scientific research during the writing of project applications;
Participation and expert support in the implementation of activities within the Fund's projects;
Education of the population on combating gender-based violence and promoting improved access to services for victims.
Preparation of reports on progress, challenges and recommendations for the development of the direction of GZN in the Foundation.
Understanding and ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Foundation policies.
Perform other duties as needed.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Higher education in the field of psychological, social or humanitarian sciences.
Experience in the field of combating and countering illegal activities - from 3 years.
Experience in coaching (civic education, non-formal education, protocols for first-line providers) will be an advantage.
Technical expertise on combating illegal activities: certified training in the implementation of international or national protocols, links to expert articles, monographs, author trainings, etc.
Expert knowledge in the field of international and national legislation on the prevention and countermeasures of illegal activities.
Proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
Proficiency in English at least Intermediate will be an advantage.
