International charitable organization "SOS Children's Towns Charitable Foundation" in connection with the implementation of new projects, invites to join the team Coordinator of the children's corner during air alarms (night shifts)

Term of project implementation: February 2026 - June 2026

Place of work: metro station "Akademmistechko" / metro station "Demiivska"

Schedule: night shifts, during air alarms Work format: temporary / hourly / on call (as needed)

Purpose of the position

Ensuring the organized, safe and orderly operation of the temporary children's corner at the subway station during night air alarms.

We we offer:

• Socially significant work in conditions of real need, aimed at supporting children and families during air raids.
• Flexible engagement format depending on needs.

Main duties:

• Deployment of the children's corner during air raids (deployment of play and auxiliary materials).
• Maintaining order in the children's corner area throughout the time people stay in the shelter.
• Accounting of materials and items (counting, availability control, basic inventory).
• Issuing items (toys, materials for drawing, rugs, etc.) and their return after use.
• Careful assembly and return of all materials to the specified storage place.
• Control of the careful use of objects.
• Collapsing the children's corner after completing the air alarms.
• Informing the project manager about the shortage, damage or loss of items.
• Interaction with employees of the metro station on matters of organizing a children's corner, observing the rules of staying at the station and coordinating actions.
• Provision of regular reporting on the implementation of the pilot initiative (short operational reports with photo/video materials) to the project manager.
• Collectionand summarizing information regarding the implementation of the initiative (number of children involved, frequency of operation of children's corners, main observations) and transfer of this data to the project manager.
• Accounting of the time of providing services within the framework of the pilot initiative to the project manager.

Requirements for the candidate / candidates:

• Responsibility, attention to detail.
• Willingness to work at night.
• Calm behavior in stressful situations.
• Neatness and organization.
• Can be a student of the last courses (pedagogical, psychological, social or related field).
• Experience of working with children, in social or volunteer initiatives (optional).
