Key tasks: Daily interaction with local testers and control of their activities. Checking the quality of tasks and providing support for their implementation. Monitoring the execution of tasks and prompt response to all questions. Reporting. Maintain a good mood in the chat with funny memes (just kidding, but this is not accurate). Experience and skills: Ability to communicate effectively in written English at the Upper-Intermediate level or above. Experience in managing projects or remote teams is a must. Ability to work with CRM systems. Knowledge of Excel and Google Docs. The ability to clearly present TK to testers. An additional advantage will be: written knowledge of French or Portuguese at the Upper-Intermediate level.
