If you:

• have experience in formulating clear and understandable technical tasks for contractors;
• have experience in implementing projects psychosocial support;

Your main duties and tasks will be:

• organization, analysis and control of the work of PSS specialists in the center and mobile teams
• daily support and operational management of the work of specialists;
• monitoring of the work of regional specialists according to the forms provided by the M&E manager;
• control over the submission of electronic and paper reports by specialists;
• preparation and submission of monthly narrative reports;
• maintenance of sustainable partnerships with centers of social services, services for children, social protection departments, public organizations and local authorities;
• organization and holding of working meetings, organization of supervision\consultations for specialists;
• control of media mentions (collection media mention of the work of the center and the mobile brigade in the region - sending them to the communications manager of the UOP);
• interaction with local and regional organizations and the project team;
• constant search for new partnerships and involving them in the work of the center and the mobile brigade.
• organization of the promotion of the work of the center and the mobile teams at the local levels.
• other tasks in agreement with the Ukrainian educational platform.
• Be ready for business trips to Ukraine
