Coordinator of projects to counter and prevent gender-based violence in Divchata, GO

We - advanced Ukrainian feminist organization, which encourages women and girls to consciously build a life strategy. Our projects cover the whole of Ukraine, and the number of team members reaches 300 people.

Already< /b> For 5 years we have been supporting women and children, expanding their opportunities and skills. We are experts in the field of sexual education, we are engaged in combating and preventing gender-based violence, we have a team of experienced psychologists, psychotherapists and neuropsychologists who provide psychological and psychotherapeutic assistance. We have helped more than 250,000 people, opened 12 women's and children's safe spaces across Ukraine and we continue to support everyone!

Among our international partners UNICEF, Care International, Help, World Vision International, Kinderhilfe, People in Need and others. This year we received direct funding from the Ukrainian Humanitarian Fund.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the field of counter-terrorism, protection, gender equality;
• Higher education in the field of social sciences, psychology, gender studies, social work, humanities, law, or other related disciplines;
• Completion of training and the availability of relevant certificates regarding standards and programs for countering GZN, PSEA, case management, operation of safe spaces and day centers;
• Experience of coaching activities on issues of gender equality, GZN and PSEA;
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine;
• Ability to work with documents and excellent command Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Zoom;
• Proficiency in English at or below the Intermediate level is a significant advantage.
• Experience working with women's rights and women-led organizations is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of complex programs for combating and preventing sexual violence;
• Development, systematization and standardization of processes related to combating sexual violence in the NGO "Divchata"
• Conducting training events and training series on capacity building with vsactions and prevention of sexual harassment;
• Providing supervisory support to case workers of NGO "Girls";
• Development of policies, regulations and standard operating procedures for successful implementation of activities related to countering GZN;
• Active participation in relevant coordination meetings (subcluster on GZN issues) and specialized working groups.
