KEY DUTIES:
- Development and management of projects: planning and implementation of programs aimed at improving the quality of life of the elderly, ensuring the timely implementation of projects, creating spaces for the elderly.
- < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Coordinating the work of teams: organizing the work of interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, social workers and volunteers to implement assistance programs.
- Monitoring and evaluation of effectiveness: collection and analysis of data on project implementation, evaluation of the impact of programs on the elderly, preparation of reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Cooperation with partners and donors: interaction with government agencies, non-governmental organizations and donors to secure the necessary resources and funding for projects.
- Information and educational work: holding events that raise awareness about the problems of older people, organizing trainings and educational programs for staff and volunteers.
- Administrative support: maintaining documentation, coordinating project budgets, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience of managing projects and project teams in the social sphere
- Strong leadership and management skills, ability to manage people in a dynamic environment
- Team (or project) management experience from 1 to 3 years
- Fluency in English (level B2/C1), knowledge of another foreign language is welcome
- High communication skills
- Responsibility and creativity
