WHAT TO DO:

• Coordinate projects and perform tasks within the team's current projects according to their work plan.

• Work in a team with a project manager.

• Prepare and conduct various online and offline events (trainings, webinars, presentations). 

• Communicate with the Organization's media, partners and donors.

• Search, coordinate and monitor the work of contractors.

• Prepare drafts of project documents (concepts, plans, reports).

• Prepare information materials for publication (posts in social networks, announcements, media releases). 

• Communication support of projects with the achievement of relevant quantitative indicators of coverage (in cooperation with the communication department).

WE EXPECT YOU TO:

• You have a university degree. 

• You have at least 2 years of experience coordinating turnkey projects and/or individual software components in the field of public organizations, communications and media.

• You have the skills to coordinate projects, organize and conduct online/offline events.

• You are fluent in Ukrainian and English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.

• Sociable and easily find a common language with people. 

• Excellent command of office programs and digital tools (Google Docs, Ms Excel, task managers, Zoom, etc.).

• Creative, proactive, highly motivated, ready for dynamic work and business trips to relatively safe regions of Ukraine.

The advantage will be: experience in the public sector, cooperation with the media; experience in participation/implementation of European projects; experience in writing and submitting reports; experience in countering disinformation and fact-checking.
