This person is not only a successful manager, but also a master of his craft, who knows how to organize all stages of work in a coherent manner — from design to completion of installation. Knows and understands how to work with his hands, and most importantly - with his head.
Main duties links:
Project management from the moment of receiving the order to its implementation, responsibility for compliance with deadlines and quality of execution.
Leadership on objects: Management of construction and installation crews, ensuring compliance with the highest safety and quality standards.
Collaboration with clients: Close interaction with designers and customers directly on site to exceed their expectations and ensuring high satisfaction with the services provided.
Organizational issues: Solving logistical tasks through the supply department, including coordinating the supply of materials and resources.
Analysis of project documentation: Ensuring correct, optimal, orderly formation of tasks and ordering of materials for the object.
Quality control and delivery of works: Organization of quality control of completed works and delivery of objects to customers at the highest level.
Work execution control: Project management with control of the execution of each stage, resolution of organizational issues in the implementation process.
Direct interaction with departments: Cooperation with a large team of craftsmen and specialists in various areas for the smooth execution of tasks.
Education and development: Education of manew technologies and making own management decisions.
Participation in the life of the company: Active participation in corporate events such as birthdays and corporate parties, as well as consultation during the launch of new products. span>
Time and quality control: Monitoring of all aspects of the project in terms of time and quality of work.
Requirements:
Availability of category B and personal transport rights for rapid movement between objects and meetings with clients. A possible option for a company car. If a personal car - full compensation for fuel and depreciation.
