Partner coordinator with knowledge of the German language in BNB Solution

The company "BNB Solution" is an international company that specializes in the development of business portfolios for our partners and training in business marketing. In connection with the expansion, our company is looking for a partner coordinator, with knowledge of the German language, to work in our office in Lviv. 

Job responsibilities:

• Interaction with customers from Germany on the phone, as well as in online chats;
• On your part, you need to advise and provide support to customers regarding our software;
• Customer interest and retention, processing of objections; 
• Work with promotions and product promotion in the German market.

Job requirements:

• Be a native speaker of the German language (level B1, B2, C1, C2); 
•  If you had experience in the field of customer service, then this will be a great advantage for you at work; 
• Incredible desire to achieve great success and motivation; 
• Our specialists will help you with the rest.

We offer:

• Fixed rate from 41,000 hryvnias. There is also a bonus system that is added to the salary. You will have the opportunity to participate in weekly draws; 
•  Only interested customers who want to cooperate with them;  
• Paid training, if necessary, we provide a tutor to improve the language level; 
• We provide a comfortable workplace with working equipment. The office has a rest area and a spacious kitchen; 
•  Positive and friendly team, permanent team building and corporate parties at the expense of the company; 
• Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (40-45 min lunch break and additional coffee breaks);
