Our client, an international company engaged in the processing of corn seeds, in connection with the expansion of production, is looking for a candidate for the "IT Project Coordinator" vacancy.< /strong>

Main duties:

• Coordination of OT work in the region, organization of work of internal technical groups.

• Cooperation with internal and external partners and IT infrastructure services.

• Conducting regular audits and testing of data to ensure compliance.

• Implementing controls to monitor, measure compliance and improve the quality of systems, controls and programs for OT.

• Development of the budget and monitoring of expenses. Control of the implementation of defined budget goals.

• Control of cooperation with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Implementation of trainings on IT security issues.

• Recruitment, training, staff development and performance management of the OT team.

• Implementation of new and maintenance of existing policies and procedures for ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Control of appropriate reporting.

• Ensures recovery of OT network systems in the event of an accident or failure .

• Experience in a combination of network engineering, systems management, information technology and network operations.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in the field , related to technologies, or similar work experience.

• Familiarity with production operations management systems. (Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Manufacturing and/or SCADA systems.).

• English - Upper Intermediate level (oral and written).

• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate information technology concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Successful experience in the development of information technology policies and procedures.

• Experience in conducting contracts and negotiations with suppliers.

• Ability to lead a team that is physically distributed in different locations and time zones.

• Energy or automated manufacturing experience preferred.

• Initiative, multifunctionalityand analytical thinking.
