MFOZNS "Carpathian Region"announces a competition for the vacant position "Coordinator of interaction with communities" in Mukachevo on full-time, contract basis.
Requirements for the position:
- higher education in law, economics, administration/management (bachelor, master);
- work experience in humanitarian or social projects for at least 3 years;
- experience in coordination and management work for at least 1 year;
- high knowledge of organization and communication;
- analytical skills;
- knowledge of the English language at a sufficient level;
- skills in using a PC and Microsoft Office;
- knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework regarding rights internally displaced persons;
- having your own car and a driver’s license will be an advantage.
Main responsibilities’observe humanitarian principles, safety standards and ethical norms of the organization; - organization of activities directly within defined territorial units (regions, communities, etc.), in accordance with the requirements of the project in order to implement community (public) projects and community mobilization;
- interaction and cooperation with representatives of local self-government bodies, state authorities and partners, in order to ensure the implementation of project activities, as well as ensuring the rights and interests of beneficiaries;
- interaction and cooperation with initiative groups of internally displaced persons and civil society organizations;
- organization of events, round tables, dialogue sessions, etc.;
- organization of collection and analysis of the needs of internally displaced persons in communities;
- reporting on the work performed.
