The project coordinator of the IBF "Ukrainian Public Health Foundation" is responsible for effective planning, organization and implementation of project activities. Coordinates the implementation of the work plan, the achievement of project goals and indicators, ensures the quality of the provision of social and psychological services and compliance with the standards of the Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health. The position involves the representation of the Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health at the national and regional levels, the establishment of partnership with state authorities, local governments, international and public organizations. The coordinator monitors, evaluates, reports and controls the quality of the activities of the project teams, contributing to the strengthening of the impact, sustainability and efficiency of the model of providing services to beneficiaries. Management and coordination of project implementation
- Provides general management of project implementation, in accordance with goals, work plan and donor requirements.
- Ensures fulfillment of key indicators (KPI), control over quality, timeliness and compliance of implemented activities.
- Develops and maintains updates of activity plans, event calendars, technical tasks for teams of the project.
- Ensures compliance with the standards of the IBF "Ukrainian Public Health Foundation", humanitarian principles, security policies and gender sensitivity.
2. Coordination of teams and personnel management
- Coordinates the work of regional teams (psychologists, social workers, consultants).
- Organizes regular work meetings, planning and monitoring meetings for project teams.
- Ensures effective communication between teams, central office and partners.
- Performs selection personnel: conducts interviews, approves candidates, coordinates the process of introducing new employees to the project.
- Identifies staff training needs, initiates training, supervision and professional development.
3. Partnership interaction and interdepartmental cooperation
- Establishes partnership relations and effective cooperation with state authorities, local governments, international and public organizations.
- Represents project activities on interagency platforms, round tables, meetings and consultations.
- Maintains systematic communication with partners, donors, specialized services and community representatives.
4. Monitoring, evaluation and quality control
- Coordinates the creation and updating of online tools for data collection (forms of initial, repeated, individual counseling, group activities).
- Organizes data analysisthem and the preparation of infographics on the activities of the teams, the dynamics of appeals and the results achieved.
- Ensures regular monitoring of the effectiveness of the project team, compliance with service quality standards.
- Conducts the analysis of the implementation of indicators and the effectiveness of the project, identifies problem areas and ways to eliminate them.
- Coordinates the preparation of monthly, quarterly and final reports for the IBF "Ukrainian Foundation of Public health" and donors.
5. Logistics, procurement and logistics
- Coordinates the process of procurement of equipment, machinery, furniture and consumables for teams as needed.
- Controls compliance of technical specifications with procurement policies and project budget.
6. Information and educational and communication activities
- Supports the preparation of materials for public communication: reports, successful stories, analytical reviews, presentations.
- Presents project results at public events and partners' platforms.
7. Ensuring sustainability and development
- Summarizes the experience of project implementation, forms analytical conclusions, recommendations and proposals for scaling the model.
- Supports the implementation of sustainability approaches — development of local capacity, partnerships and resource base for continuation of services after the completion of the project.
- Ensures the integration of best practices.

Requirements for candidates:
1. Education and professional qualifications
- Higher education (bachelor's / master's) in the specialty "Social work", "Social pedagogy", "Psychology", "Management", law or other related fields.
- Flawless command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written) and English at a conversational level.
2. Professional experience
- Experience of working in international and/or Ukrainian organizations (state or public) as a project or program manager for at least 5 years is mandatory.
- Experience in building partnerships at the local, regional and national levels, conducting negotiations, interacting with authorities, donors, CSO.
- Experience in managerial or coordinating positionsx will be a significant advantage.
- Experience and expertise in the areas of: combating gender-based and domestic violence (GBV); provision of social and psychological assistance to war victims; development of social support services and public initiatives.
3. Knowledge and competences
- Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of social protection of the population, respect for the rights and interests of children, persons who find themselves in difficult life circumstances, family forms of arrangement.
- Understanding of Ukrainian social policy and national/international standards related to: protection of human rights, support of IDPs, veterans, people with disabilities, prevention of violence against women and children, social integration and inclusion.
- Proficiency in computer office programs (MS Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) at the level of a confident user.
- Excellent skills in preparing reports, analytical materials, programs, recommendations, information notes for management and donors.
