Co-ordinator of HABs in Mirne Nebo Harkova, BF, BO

A critically important organization - the "Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv" charitable foundation - invites the cooperation of a Coordinator to work in children's hubs of the city of Kherson.

We are looking for a responsible and organized specialist who will coordinate the implementation of project activities in children's centers aimed at supporting children and their families affected by the war. The position involves daily operational coordination, interaction with the team, partners and local authorities.

The coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the children's hubs, the quality of services and compliance with project standards.

Duration of the project: 12 months from February 1, 2026. 
Employment: full-time
Location: children's hubs, Kherson
Form of cooperation: preferably FOP

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (social work, pedagogy, psychology, management, humanitarian sciences or related fields);

• Experience in coordination or management work in social, humanitarian or educational projects - mandatory;

• Experience working with children or in children's spaces is a significant advantage;

• Availability of FOP or willingness to work in such a format is an advantage;

• Understanding the principles of child protection and working with vulnerable groups;

• High organizational and communication skills skills;
