The network includes 2300+ pharmacies and over 12,000 employees in all regions of Ukraine. Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Coordinator of IT Systems Development and Updates

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• basic knowledge of IT systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) and their update processes;
• experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.);
• understanding of the principles of working with releases and changes (Agile, Waterfall);
• ability to effectively coordinate tasks between teams (developers, testers, analysts);
• analytical thinking, attention to details and organization.

What will be part of your duties:

• planning and coordination of IT system updates, coordination of deadlines with teams;
• release control, change logging, checking the readiness of components for implementation;
• ensuring development according to technical tasks and coordination between teams (developers, testers, analysts);
• formation of reports on updates, analysis of results and incidents after releases;
• communication with all interested parties, risk management and identification of problems during updates.
