We are looking for a Project Support Coordinator

Your tasks:
Performing small operations: performing routine operations within projects, including monitoring and performing minor tasks to ensure the efficiency of work processes
Communication with the team: Interacting with measurement managers to clarify technical requirements and ensure accuracy of data that will affect further project execution
Transfer of information to the technologist: after concluding the agreement, ensuring the clear transfer of all necessary information to the technologist for further processing and implementation of the project
Information process control: overseeing that all data is correctly transferred to the production floor, ensuring that project information reaches the appropriate departments in the right time to successfully complete production
Execution of other operational tasks related to projects.

What we expect:
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with a team
High organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Ability to work in the evening (from 20:00 to 00:00 Kyiv time) Proficiency in English at least B2 level (spoken)
