Our clients are mentally and physically disabled seniors who require assistance from home health aides. Our task istoorganize and control the quality ofhome care services for them.You will enjoy the position ifyou know how towork with people, listen totheir needs, coordinate their actions, and have decision-making and planning skills. Wehave asupportive team and asupervisor who has areputation asademanding, yet executive person.The skills weare looking for:Spoken and written English and Russian minimum onUpper-Intermediate level (our patients areUS citizens, but also immigrants from CIS countries and Latin America)Computer skills (Gmail, Excel, CRM, working with files indifferent formats).Your own computer and access tothe internet.Ability tomultitask and prioritize.Experience inthe customer support field isaplus.High level ofstress resistance.The position will fit people who like challenges, are willing tolearn new soft skills through solving complex problems, can handle ahigh workload, and would enjoy working with elderly people (including people with mental and physical disorders, and people living inpoor conditions). The specialist should beready for complexities and new orunexpected tasks during the shifts.What isthe work schedule:Mon-Fri 9:00 am— 5:00 pmaccording toNew York time. Sometimes overtime ispossible, which ispaid x1.5 ofthe hourly rate.What doweoffer:Weprovide 2 weeks oftraining for new employees, which ispaid 4$ per hour during training, and the usual rate is6$ — 7$ per hour (can benegotiated during the interview).Overtime ispaid x1.5 times the usual hourly rate.Work inanexperienced team, under the supervision ofamanager.Ability towork remotely inthe afternoon hours.7 days ofpaid vacation after one year ofemployment.Bonus system asaway for employees toexpress appreciation toeach other.Weprovide our employees with hardwareIP phones asthe instrument toconnect toUSA customers aswell asall the necessary software (CRM, remote desktop, virtual fax machine, SMS service, VPN).Open-minded management, who are easy tocontact.Equal opportunities for people ofany age, gender, ornationality.Opportunity tolearn such skills asadaptability, conflict resolution, prioritization & time management, work ethic, professional email communication, report preparation, etc.What would beyour responsibilities:Control home health aides ontheir visits topatients inthe CRM system.Talk topatients and home attendants over thephone toassist inresolving any questions.Communicate with hospitals, adult daycare centers, rehab centers, and patients' relatives.Contact insurance plans for overtime approval, authorization prolongations, and advice invarious situations.Search for home attendants inour database for replacements incase ofsick leaves, days off, vacations, and refusals.Work inCRM system toset upthe schedules, visits, new home attendants, and shift changes.Prepare reports and communication notes about patient schedule changes orhealth conditions.Looking forward to hearing from you!
