We are looking for a social manager to join the team of the Charity Foundation "Unity and Strength"

If you like helping people in difficult life circumstances, you know how to support, organize processes and bring things to a conclusion - we will be glad to see you in our team.

Main duties:

• communication with families who are planning to evacuate or have already evacuated;
• initial assessment of needs and support of families;
• search for housing options for temporary or long-term settlement;
• coordination of the settlement process;
• full support of families until the moment of stabilization and placement;
• cooperation with partners, landlords and local communities;
• keeping records of cases and reporting.

We are looking for a person who:

• has strong communication skills and empathy;
• can work under stress and make quick decisions;
• responsible, organized and attentive to details;
• has experience in the social sphere, humanitarian projects or working with people (will be an advantage);
• has basic skills in working with documents and spreadsheets.
