TCHU is thousands of people all over Ukraine who make the world a better place every day. >\ka for providing aid to the population of the Western region will be responsible for the correct distribution of aid in kind and/or cash for the population, communication and coordination with regional organizations of the TCHHU , exchange of information within the department with other coordinators, specialists and data collection and processing and reporting, interaction between departments and Departments within the TCHU with the aim of improving the conditions for the distribution of aid, receiving aid by regional organizations, determining the conditions for issuing aid to the final beneficiary, as well as with regional organizations of the TCHU for the purpose of exchanging information, promoting the targeted use of aid received by regional organizations, to conduct correspondence within the framework of their powers with representatives of partners and donors, as well as with managers and specialists of regional organizations of the TCHHU.
As part of the project, business trips are provided to regional centers and local communities, communication with regional/local military administrations, military formations of specified regions with the aim of effectively providing assistance to the population suffering as a result of hostilities.
Responsibilities:
- Technical support of TCHU organizations in the areas assigned to the coordinator, as well as on request to other areas in the territory under the control for providing assistance to the population.< /li>
- Monitoring visits to TCHHU organizations.
- Coordination with partners in the Movement, other organizations, services, local authorities that operate on the ground regarding the implementation of measures to provide assistance to the population.
- Coordination and communication with employees of other departments and divisions of the TCHU at the national and regional levels.
- Supporting personnel in the regions regarding the planning and organization of public assistance.
- Training for teamsfor providing assistance to the population.
- Collection and assessment of needs and additional information from TCHU organizations regarding the areas of activity of the Department for providing assistance to the population.
- Control of reporting deadlines from TCHU organizations.
- Providing reports on the activities of the region to the Head of the Department on a quarterly basis.
- Performance of other tasks from the Head of the department, related to the activities of the direction of providing assistance to the population.
Requirements:
- Availability of higher education;
- Work experience in public organizations;
- Work experience in project activities;
- Excellent communication skills;
- li>Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, databases, e-mail);
- Fluency in Ukrainian, a foreign language - at an intermediate level (preferred);
- Experience communication with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy;
- Developed organizational and executive skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team, quick adaptation;
- Ability to learn quickly , attentiveness;
- Ability to cope with stress and work under time pressure;
- Ability to prepare and issue reports;
- Adherence to the fundamental principles of the Red Cross;
- Adherence to the principle of information confidentiality.
