Within the project, the organization implements activities aimed at reducing access barriers to quality and human-centered services for people who have encountered tuberculosis, with a special focus on drug-resistant TB. The project envisages the development of community-based monitoring (CLM) through the development of the OneImpact Ukraine platform, advocacy for changes in policies and practices, as well as raising awareness and community involvement. TB communities to build and support mechanisms to empower people affected by TB, ensure community participation and use CLM (Community-Led Monitoring) data to strengthen advocacy, influence policy and remove barriers to access to services.Lifetime

The purpose of the competition
Selection of financial resources
Analysis of compliance of actual costs with approved budgets and financial plans.
Participation in the development and implementation of a system for monitoring and evaluating financial indicators.
Preparation of regular financial and analytical reports for management and donors.
Control of compliance with financial procedures, policies and donor requirements.
Identification of financial risks and project coordinators.recommendations for their minimization.
Ensuring proper storage of financial documentation and data.
Participation in internal inspections, audits and project evaluations.
Providing advice on effective and targeted use funds.
Requirements for candidates
Higher education in finance, economics, accounting accounting, public administration or related fields.
Experience in the field of monitoring and/or evaluation of the use of financial resources (at least 2 years).
Skills for preparing analytical and financial reports.
Ability to work with tables and databases (Excel, Google Sheets or similar tools).
Experience in working with international or grant projects (will be an advantage).
Proficiency in the Ukrainian language; working knowledge of English (preferred).
Responsibility, attention to detail, meeting deadlines.

the organization reserves the right to reject commercial offers of all participants in the procurement procedure;
participation in the competition of related persons or collusion of competition participants is prohibited. If such facts are discovered, the results of the competition will be canceled or the contract with the relevant supplier will be prematurely terminated unilaterally with the return of everything received by such supplier under the contract and compensation for damages;
The organizers of the competition reserve the right to replace the selected candidate in case of poor performance of project tasks.
