MHP is an international company in the field of food and agricultural technologies, which unites more than 26 thousand employees at more than 40 enterprises in 12 regions of Ukraine and about 4 thousand employees abroad.

Today, the company operates the MHP Program near It takes care of military personnel and veterans of the company and residents of communities in the territories of the presence of the MHP. A separate Center for interaction with the military and veterans has been created, where we are looking for a Coordinator to join the team.

What we entrust to you:

• Maintain communications with mobilized employees, residents of communities and their homelands to provide the necessary assistance or consultation as needed
< li>To accompany a demobilized MHP employee or community resident at all stages of reintegration.
• Participate in improved and supplemented methodologies of interaction with servicemen and veterans
• Maintain databases with key project information.
< li>Interact with specialized veteran organizations and medical institutions that help with rehabilitation.
• Organize events for servicemen, veterans and their parents
• To unite all project participants providing expertise in its implementation, ensuring successful implementation in the territory for which the Coordinator is in charge
• To accompany the veteran after his readaptation and to assist insolving needs, if they arise, within the project

• Do you consider the work of supporting the military and veterans to be relevant and want to join this direction.
• You have a higher education. Education in one of the following areas will be an advantage: Psychology/Social work/Personnel management/Jurisprudence/other humanities
• Communicative, able to work in a team
• You have an understanding of the veteran or volunteer field. Volunteering experience will be an advantage.
• Proactive in solving problems and being able to find solutions
• Confident user Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Have your own car (coverage of expenses at the expense of the Company)
