We develop well-known products AUTO.RIA, DIM.RIA, AGRO.RIA and RIA.com, used by millions of Ukrainians.

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator in the DIM.RIA team.

• you have experience of confident communication on the phone with clients;
• you know and like to communicate with different types of clients;
• you work with Google tools;

Would be an advantage:

• experience working in contact centers;

What will be the tasks:

• processing of incoming applications for inspections of real estate objects on DIM.RIA (incoming line calls);
• working with internal administrations of the DIM.RIA product;
• li>communication with specialists involved in inspections.

Working conditions:

Work schedule: from Mon to Fri (1 working Saturday or Sunday for 1.5 months);

• 8-hour work day (variable schedule, shifts from 8:00 to 17:00, 9:00 to 18:00, 10:00 to 19:00);
• an hour of lunch break;
• studying in the office (Vinnytsia).
