Coordinator / Community Manager of the professional community (MHPSS) in Brain Source

Our client is a charity organization that works to support children and adolescents affected by the war and the development of a professional community of mental health specialists.

Main tasks

• Coordination and development of the professional community of MHPSS specialists throughout Ukraine.

• Support of active communication, moderation of communities and professional discussions.

• Organization of educational activities: webinars, meetings, supervision and professional events.

• Coordination of the activity calendar and interaction with speakers and experts.

• Administration of the participant database and support of their involvement.

• Preparation of event materials, systematization of resources and library management knowledge.

• Collection and analysis of feedback from community members.

Requirements

• Experience in coordinating communities, educational programs or projects.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in organizing online and offline events (webinars, trainings, meetings).

• Ability to work with digital tools (Zoom, CRM/participant databases, online platforms).

• Interest in the topic of mental health, education or social projects.

• Fluent Ukrainian, English will be an advantage.
