This role provides an opportunity to be at the center of brand development and build omni-capability career opportunity. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with achieving the overall brand marketing objectives and strategies. Keys to achieving these goals will be collaborating with internal partners across business functions, channels, and families of business, as well as external partners. Through those partnerships, the Marketing Coordinator will be required to contribute to fully integrated, omni-channel demand creation efforts across Visual Merchandising, Paid Media, Ecommerce, CRM, Event Activations, Public Relations, and Loyalty.The ideal Marketing Coordinator candidate is motivated, well-organized, hungry to learn, and a self-starter as well as a strong team player with leadership capabilities. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively and think creatively. The position requires great flexibility to a changing consumer and business while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.Responsibilities Assist on the ideation, briefing, planning, go-to-market, and reporting of the various brand campaigns Assist in the execution of event activations, quarterly photoshoots, tentpole campaigns, and cultural moment storytelling Lead monthly research insights, share with the team and recommend opportunities to apply findings to brand strategy and business goals Develop relationships with our cross-functional teams and build an understanding of how their functions help bring brand strategy to life Become the go-to resource on wardrobe sample coordination for the brand team to assist on our various quarterly/campaign shoots Lead new vendor set ups and assist with partnership contracts Create and submit POs / invoices Facilitate brand-led meetings and act as a communication expert on the team: establish meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and send out detailed action reports Own Special Projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and sense of urgency Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work in a matrix organization and aligning strategies across platforms Strong project management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute various projects within tight deadlines. Ability to build partnerships with diverse teams Enthusiastic, motivated, innovative, creative team player Deep understanding/passion/connection to sneakers and sports, highly preferred 1+ years experience in marketing/advertising at a corporation or agency Computer literacy required; must have thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) Helpful if knowledgeable with Adobe suite of products (Photoshop) BenefitsThe annual base salary range is $50,000 - 63,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
