Starting from 2022, we started our activities in Poland and continue our international expansion.
We are looking for a Coordinator Assistant. The main task of the role is to assist students in the learning process and to answer their frequently asked questions. What we expect from you:- Ability to communicate with people and help them solve problems;
- Literacy and speed in writing text;
- English B1 and above;
- Proactivity and purposefulness;
- Ability to learn quickly.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with people/clients.
Your tasks will be as follows:
- Answer students' basic questions in the chat (part of the answers are already indicated in the Students' Guide) ;
- Interact with the team of coordinators if students ask more complex questions;
- Collect new questions and answers to them in the database.
