Coordinator in INFOTEH, DP

In addition, INFOTECH is an official provider of IT solutions for government institutions. Our projects cover a wide range of areas, including cryptographic protection, digital transformation, as well as IT solutions for medicine, education, finance, government and telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the process of maintaining documentation on specified projects, forming statuses about the progress of implementation, collecting and forming generalized information
• Supporting project implementation plans, implementation stages, resources, budgets and time frames
• Periodic monitoring of the progress of projects and sub-projects, timely detection of deviations from the plan and taking corrective measures, control of their impact on the progress of projects
• Implementation quality standards in all aspects of projects
• Process support from project initiation to project closure, reporting, supporting documentation for the implementation of the informatization tool into operation
• Providing information on projects at the request of the management of the Enterprise/department or the Customer, consolidation of statuses
• Formation/summarization of answers about the state of implementation of projects that are within the competence of the department upon request external structures or other structural subdivisions of the Enterprise
• Organization and maintenance of the Project Electronic Passport

What is needed for this

• Higher education (preferably in the field of information technologies, management, systems administration, project management or related fields)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of IT
• Experience in large-scale informatization and digitization projects in the field of state regulation is desirable
• Knowledge of the project management life cycle (PMP, Agile/Scrum, etc.), the basics of methodology, the availability of practical skills in the implementation of unified approaches
• Experienced use of project planning and implementation tools, such as Jira, etc.
• Experience of interaction with project customers, preferably with government agencies and institutions
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and generate proposals for improving the project life cycle
• Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
• Strategic thinking, focus on result
• High degree of self-organization, responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast-paced and changing circumstances
