COO, Operations Director in MK:translations

This greeting could have started with “good day” or “congratulations”, but we just wanted to show our Tone of Voice from the beginning so that you immediately feel a friendly and light atmosphere. 

We are opening the position of COO, who will complement the team structurally and help scale faster. If you have experience in process optimization, implementation of effective management strategies and experience in managing teams of up to 50 people - we have something to talk about!

MK:translations is more than translation, language bridges and other relevant words when you hear about a translation company.

We help businesses conduct international activities and do business without borders. For 10 years, we have been steadily moving along this path, only forward. Among our clients are large corporations from Europe and Ukraine, who entrust us with their most important projects. 

What we expect from you

Optimization of internal processes: improving existing processes and introducing new ones to increase productivity. 

• Working with financial indicators: ensuring effective management of resources to achieve the company's commercial goals. 

• Operational team management: prolific cooperation with the sales, marketing and other teams to achieve the company's strategic goals. 

• Implementation of new tools: assessment and introduction of new technologies and work methods to improve business efficiency. 

• Market analysis: sector analysis and target audience to identify new opportunities for growth and process improvement. 

• Control of policies and procedures: compliance with internal policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the company. 

Our ideal candidate:

• Specialist with management experience in the service sector 

• < p style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal">A person with high leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team

• Has an analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Responsible and result-oriented

• Able to identify weaknesses in operational management and quickly find and implement existing tools to improve the situation
