COO of the IGaming product in CPA-Factory

CPA-Factory is a large team in the field of Digital Marketing and Affiliate-Marketing, which works with countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle and Far East, South America. In connection with the expansion and launch of new projects, we are currently looking for a specialist for the position of COO, who will be able to optimize current processes and bring interesting ideas to our projects. Responsibilities: - Management of the company's daily operational activities in order to ensure high productivity and efficiency; - Analysis of the current situation, familiarization with the company's strategy and plans, construction of business processes, their implementation; - Communication with department heads, team management; - Control over the implementation of planned indicators and figures for each department of the company; - Ensuring stability in the company's internal processes; - Work on the efficiency of processes and the team. What we expect from you: - Experience in managing operational activities for less than 3 years (IGaming niche);- Experience in building processes from scratch;- Excellent analytical and strategic skills;- Excellent communication and leadership qualities;- Experience in developing and implementing business process optimization strategies.
